physical condtioning




yeah.. i'm here to shared my several knowledge on the exercise. beside make me memorize it. because im student. so, still in learning. if got something wrong or false or need to give any suggestion, u will allow :) ok!! ready,.. :D those who are really want to get a best health body besides have a good heart pumping blood to circulate to all part of the body. Here some tips to u all recognize, to design your exercise later. neither for you or for others.

1) before entered or involve in any exercise, we need to analysis on ourself and the sports we played, if related. if not, just focus on want do you interested.

a) to engaging to this kind of exercise the evaluation must be consider. it is want to check what the most movement you use everyday. then movement must be trained on what they are will face. we cant predict. so, analyse it and create the exercise to protect the possibility. then the angle of the motion. check either need more flex or not. if needed, exercise should be follow with flexibility training.
b) then, go for the physiological analysis:
1) check either they have strength or not.
- so, from that will know, which exercise they need to go.
- if not good enough strength, need to start from beginning and slow phase.

2) muscle hyperthrophy is needed to protect our bone and muscle

c) metabolic
which is to know your energy system level.
- aerobic or anaerobic condition

d) injuries
- here can manage the exercise you should do and don't.
- exercise will rearrange due to the injured part as a rehab phase


2) training athlete
(a) athlete status
- check the athlete status
- the training before
- check what are weight they should lift up

(b) previous injuries
- need to know the past injuries, some exercise can do, and some of it, cant, because the injured part not ready yet
- injured person, the intensity should be low and high reps. to enhance the power.
(c) testing and evaluation
- anything must be tested to know the level.
- it is want to achieved their target or goals.
(d) training goal
- each training must have target on what to do. it is also same to reach the target of the work out.

2) EXERCISE SELECTION
- must consist of BALANCE. it is important.
- preventing from injury
- reduce injury
- people who having injury, exersice selection is the best to helps rehab the injury

consist of 4 consideration:-
a) core - big muscle, multijoint exercise. the priority among the other while workout
b) structural - tense of spinal direct or indirectly, involve posture of balance and control posture, multijoint
c) power - quickly exercise, explosive, multijoint exercise, but single joint is better result
d) asisstant - isolate focus in one muscle or joint, can be core. depends on the exercise

its been a year

yeah!!! sudah setahun da.. ni menunjukkan aq telah giat bermaen benda alah ni.. iaitu, berblogging.. ni atas sbb tertentu aq terjebak dgn benda alah ni.. thanks kpd mereka2 yg membuat kan aq berjinak2 dlm bidang ni.. secare tak langsung aku telah bercerita mcm2 dlm setahun aku dlm benda alah ni.. ade seronok n ade tak seronok dgn benda alah ni. tp bg aku fair je.. sbb ape yg di tulis kdg2 relevan n kadang2 mcm ape je,. huhu.. so thanks again n i never forget this date that would be make me realise on everything n teach me how to manage my life beside appreciate something belong to me.. :D

naem, carilah ketenangan

semakin hari semakin meningkat usia da n mase lg pantas berlalu, mcm2 jd.. ade suke ade duke,, dan yg nyate segale yg terjadi mgajar akan kite tentang kehidupan.. warna kehidupan, mcm lagu yusry kru tu.. hihihi..




sekarang, ketenangan yg di cari kian sampai dan semakin menyinar.. di samping aq berdoa ke atasnye agar aq di letakkan kepada org2 yg tenang dan aman serta berpikiran panjang dan positif.. :) mendekat diri kepadanye ade la care terbaek aq buat dan itu la aq dgr dr org2 jika kita ade masalah,, bukan ketika kita ade masalh, tp juga pada hari2 biase.. aq amat bersyukur dan ketenangan selepas ape sudah berlaku terhadap aq.. aq mcm da terlupe ape da jd pade aq ketika dulu.. syukur sgt.. bile org tye, aq pn mcm igt2 lupe.. :)


ketenangan itu hadir juga bile aq mempunyai ramai2 kawan2 yg support aq.. amat beruntungnye aq.. di samping keluarga,, kawan2 ade la org yg paling rapat aq ade.. aq ramai kwn.. dan org2 yg sekeliling aq ni la kawan yg aq yg amat aq syg da if mereka ilang, mcm xbest je.. sbb diorg ni, mmg sgt baek dan tolong menolong if ade masalah dlm pelajaran even pasal 'CINTA'.. syukur sgt.. :) lgpn diorg ni semua bijak pandai.. setiap org ade kelebihan sendiri.. so, if digabungkan, lengkap.. :) dgn diorg ni la membuat kan, ketenangan kepada diri aq yg semakin gagah dan tegap sekarang ni.. hihii.. :)

p/s: tanpa sokongan mereke2 ini, mungkin aq ilang arah.. so, carila ketenangan dgn care yg sesuai.... jgn amek dadah or smoking.. kerana itu adelah satu kerja yg amat2 tidak bagus.. :)

cuti kembali lg..

cuti raye cine kembali lg.. mcm xcaye da setahun da.. mcm aq rase minggu lepas je aq keje kat gym tu.. miss gile gym tu even keje mcm kuli.. padahal mmg kuli pn.. hehehe.. kali ni cuti agak perit sket.. balik2 je, tau2 kene warded utk 2 hari.. sedih je.. suspected kidneys problem.. sebelah da xbole pakai.. adeh.. tp bole tahan lg.. selamat.. kuat dan semangat.. huhu.. cuti kali ini jugak, menjadi driver kepada adek2 aq.. kene anta diorg pegi practical.. siap amek lg.. mmg seronok.. nasib la ade kereta n bole drive lg.. huhu.. selaen pegi pasar n mgemas umah ari2.. plus keje yg diberikan oleh para prof serta lect2 sekalian amat la byk.. adeh.. hope anything will goes perfectly.. amin :)
